P. Thao Le (Boston) is a member of Pepper Hamilton’s Corporate and Securities Practice Group and concentrates her practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, venture capital investments, private fund formation and general corporate matters. She has represented financial investors and operating companies in a variety of transactions, including leveraged buyouts, mergers, stock and asset purchases, and recapitalizations. She also has represented funds and investors in fund formation matters and their investments. A graduate of the University of Houston (B.S. 1994) and South Texas College of Law (J.D. 1999), she joined Pepper in 1999.
Isla L. Long (Philadelphia) is a member of Pepper Hamilton’s Commercial Insurance and Reinsurance Practice Group and concentrates her practice in reinsurance, insurance insolvency and complex commercial litigation. A graduate of Georgetown University (B.S. 1996) and the University of Texas School of Law (J.D. 1999), she joined Pepper in 2003.
Daniel W. McDonough (Berwyn, Pa.) is a member of Pepper Hamilton’s Corporate and Securities Practice Group and devotes his practice primarily to mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and general corporate matters. He represents public and private companies in merger, acquisition and sale transactions, and venture investors and emerging companies in debt and equity financing transactions. Mr. McDonough also counsels investors, corporations and boards of directors regarding corporate and commercial issues. A graduate of Villanova University (B.A. 1995) and Villanova University School of Law (J.D. 1999), he joined Pepper in 1999.

Elizabeth S. Campbell (Philadelphia) is a member of Pepper Hamilton’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group and the White Collar and Corporate Investigations Practice Group. She concentrates her practice in intellectual property and commercial litigation, including copyright and trademark infringement matters, as well as business competition disputes, especially those involving non-compete cases, unfair competition, interference with business relations, and misappropriation of trade secrets. A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh (B.S. 1995) and the University of Pittsburgh School of Law (J.D. 1999), she joined Pepper in 2000.
Lance S. Jacobs (Washington, D.C.) is a member of Pepper Hamilton’s Tax Practice Group and focuses his practice on state and local tax matters, as well as federal tax issues. He is experienced in state and local tax planning, controversies and audit defense, and has advised a variety of clients in state income, franchise, and sales and use taxation. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania (B.A. 1991) and George Washington University Law School (J.D. 1994), he joined Pepper in 2005.
Amy G. McAndrew (Berwyn, Pa.), a member of Pepper Hamilton’s Labor and Employment Practice Group, concentrates her practice in representing management in labor and employment-related claims before state and federal administrative agencies and courts, and at arbitration. She also counsels employers on employment policies and practices, including union-related issues and federal and state wage and hour matters, conducts management and staff training on issues such as litigation avoidance and harassment prevention, and speaks on employment-related topics. A graduate of Rutgers University (B.A. 1991) and Boston College Law School (J.D. 1994), she joined Pepper in 1999.
Courtney Worcester (Boston) is a member of Pepper Hamilton’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group and concentrates her practice on corporate governance and shareholder litigation, including associated federal securities law issues. She has defended companies, financial institutions and individuals in securities and consumer class actions, and has represented clients in litigation matters ranging from contractual disputes to the protection of trade secrets and other business torts. A graduate of Bowdoin College (A.B. 1996) and Boston University School of Law (J.D. 1999), she joined Pepper in 2008.
