The international law firm of Greenberg Traurig LLP announced today that Robert H. Cohen has joined the firm as a Shareholder in the New York office. Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, Cohen was a partner in the Corporate practice at Morrison, Cohen, Singer & Weinstein, LLP. Cohen offers many years of experience representing issuers, underwriters and agents in a broad range of corporate financing transactions, with particular emphasis on private placements, bridge financings and initial and secondary equity and debt offerings. Additionally he represents clients in all aspects of corporate representation, including acquisitions, dispositions, mergers, joint ventures, bank financings, licensing and distribution arrangements and general corporate housekeeping matters such as shareholder, employment, consulting, non-compete and confidentiality agreements.
