Morristown Principal David G. Islinger devotes his practice primarily to traditional labor law, training and counseling matters. Mr. Islinger has extensive experience representing employers in representation cases and unfair labor practice proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board. He has also represented employers in numerous grievance and arbitration proceedings involving issues surrounding contract interpretation, wage issues and discipline and discharge. Further, Mr. Islinger has represented employers before federal and state government employment agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the New Jersey Division on Civil Rights, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, the U.S. Department of Labor and the New Jersey Department of Labor.

Mr. Islinger regularly speaks to executives, managers, and supervisors on workplace issues, having provided training to thousands of managers and employees on virtually all workplace issues including harassment and discrimination concerns, union avoidance and contract administration, disabilities management, and wage and hour law.

Ryan Lessmann is the Office Managing Principal of the Denver, Colorado, office of the firm. He practices primarily in the area of employment litigation, including representing employers against claims alleging discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination, matters involving trade secret protection, restrictive covenants and unfair competition, and various contract issues. Mr. Lessmann also counsels and defends employers in wage and hour compliance matters.

New York City Principal Daniel D. Schudroff focuses his practice on traditional labor matters, employment litigation and counseling. Mr. Schudroff represents clients in both federal and state courts, as well as before administrative agencies. He also advocates on behalf of employers at arbitration hearings and during collective bargaining negotiations. In addition, Mr. Schudroff regularly advises unionized and non-unionized clients with respect to a wide array of issues arising under the National Labor Relations Act and Labor Management Reporting and Disclosure Act. Mr. Schudroff also regularly counsels employers affected by the Fair Labor Standards Act, Railway Labor Act, Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act, Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act, New York Labor Law, and Taylor Law. Mr. Schudroff regularly authors articles about the intersection between labor law and popular culture.
