Prior to joining Blakes, David Kidd was Vice President, Regulatory Law for Bell Canada. For the past 25 years, he has acted as counsel on behalf of Bell Canada in various CRTC proceedings and public hearings involving the development of a competitive landscape for telecommunications in Canada. His practice areas and experience have generally been related to telecommunications regulation and competition law for the BCE group of companies, as well as the development and administration of Bell Canada’s business practices guidelines and code of ethics.
