LawFuel.com – Lawyer Newswire – International law firm Eversheds is advising New World China Land on one of the largest secondary offerings this year in Hong Kong.
New World China Land Limited is one of the largest and most comprehensive national developers and is the Mainland China property flagship of the New World Group.
The rights issue is underwritten by BOCI Asia and HSBC.
Hong Kong Head of corporate Stephen Mok led the Eversheds team of experts, assisted primarily by corporate associates Norman Hui and David Lau.
