Washington, D.C., December 13, 2004 – LAWFUEL – First with law news – Baker and McKenzie LLP will launch an Embassy Roundtable Luncheon Series tomorrow, beginning with the Embassy of Canada, and continuing with a different featured embassy each month through June 2005. Following a brief presentation by embassy officials, Baker & McKenzie lawyers and multinational corporation clients will join in a discussion on trade and economic issues between the two countries, including country-specific issues such as NAFTA, the Byrd Amendment and border security in the case of Canada.
Other embassies to be featured in the series include (subject to change):

· The Embassy of Singapore (March 2005)
· The Embassy of The United Kingdom (April 2005)
· The Embassy of Switzerland (May 2005)
