Hibbert focuses his practice on federal regulation of the food and agricultural industries, with particular emphasis on issues relating to the United States Department of Agriculture. Hibbert’s experience includes counseling and litigating matters involving food safety, food security, animal health, biotechnology, labeling, advertising, and new product development.
