Washington, DC (October 12, 2005) – Holland & Knight LLP today announces the closing of the $12.5 million acquisition of Radix Technologies by Argon ST. Holland & Knight represented Argon ST in the transaction.

Fairfax, Virginia-based Argon ST, Inc. (NASDAQ:STST) designs, develops, and produces systems and sensors for the Command and Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) markets including SIGINT (signals intelligence), ESM (Electronic Support Measures), EW (Electronic Warfare), imaging, and acoustic systems serving domestic and worldwide markets.

Mountain View, California-based Radix designs and builds high performance, leading edge signal processing systems and equipment for military, intelligence community, and commercial applications. The systems have applications in reconnaissance, geolocation, anti-jamming GPS, and communications systems.
