Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati today announced that it has elected seven associates to join the firm’s partnership. The appointments are effective February 1, 2004.

The new partners are:

* Roger Chin, Intellectual Property Litigation. Roger is based in Palo Alto and received his J.D. from Yale Law School in 1995.
* Peter Eng, Intellectual Property Counseling & Patents. Peter is based in Palo Alto and received his J.D. from Pepperdine Law School in 1993.
* Bradley Finkelstein, Corporate and Securities. Brad is based in Palo Alto and received his J.D. from Columbia Law School in 1996.
* Bradford Newman, Employment Law. Brad is based in Palo Alto and received his J.D. from Hastings Law School in 1995.
* Peri Nielsen, Securities Litigation. Peri is based in Palo Alto and received her J.D. from Yale Law School in 1991.
* Burke Norton, Corporate and Securities. Burke is based in Palo Alto and received his J.D. from Boalt Hall School of Law in 1995.
* Martin Waters, Corporate and Securities. Marty is based in Palo Alto and received his J.D. from Georgetown Law School in 1991.
