Austin (Mar 25, 2008) — LAWFUEL – Greta Goldsby has joined Texas law firm Winstead PC as an associate. She will be working with the Finance and Banking Practice Group in the Business & Transactions Department.
Goldsby comes to Winstead from the Washington, DC office of Powell Goldstein LLP, where she advised clients regarding the negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, acquisition and leasing of properties, and related matters. Her areas of expertise include acquisition, disposition, financing and leasing of commercial properties.

Goldsby is a member of the Texas State Bar and the DC Bar. She received her J.D. from Southern Methodist University, Dedman School of Law, and her B.A. in Political Science, French and European Studies from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. Goldsby is also a member of the Real Estate Group as well as Commercial Real Estate Women, in which she is a member of the Executive and Membership Committees and Co-Chair of Special Events.
