1 September 2004 LAWFUEL – Best for law, law news, legal news, law articles Herbert Smith is pleased to announce that it has elected Nick Elverston as a partner to join its communications practice. Nick, 39, is a transactional company/commercial lawyer with a focus on the telecommunications, broadcasting and IT sectors. He is currently a partner at Clifford Chance, where he has spent his career to date.

The appointment will add strength and depth to Herbert Smith’s communications practice, which Nick will play a key role in driving further forward over the coming years.

In addition to his communications expertise, Nick has considerable experience working with Japanese clients and is a fluent Japanese speaker.
