12 August, 2004 Legal news, law news, law firm news & research at LAWFUEL £31m AIM flotation for Nipson Digital Printing Systems plc Lawrence Graham has advised Teather & Greenwood, nominated adviser and broker to Nipson Digital Printing Systems Plc (“Nipson”), in connection with Nipson’s Admission and Placing on the Alternative Investment Market. Trading in Nipson’s shares commenced last Friday (30 July).

Nipson, which operates in the black & white digital printing sector in over 50 countries worldwide, has raised £10m on its flotation via a placing of 14,285,714 new ordinary shares.
Lawrence Graham corporate partner Hugh Maule advised Teather & Greenwood with assistance from solicitor Farhod Moghadam.
