12 August 2004 – Cravath has been voted the most prestigious US law firm by partners in The Vault Guide to the Top 100 Law Firms. The survey results, published as part of Vaults 2005 guide to the legal profession, reflect the votes of 680 partners from the US top 100 law firms. Partners at other firms also ranked Cravath as having the most prestigious corporate and securities departments.
The Vault associate survey ranked the firm number one for its corporate, securities and tax practices. Both surveys also placed the firm within the top three of all firms for its litigation and M&A practices.
