The award, the first ever given in the legal community, is designed to highlight excellence and leadership in the law. Mr. Dannhauser is being recognized as a result of his, and the firm’s, long-standing commitment to women’s rights.
Legal Momentum is the nation’s oldest legal advocacy organization devoted to using the law to advance and expand the rights of women and girls and to shape public policies. Since its inception 36 years ago, the organization has been involved in such issues as the prevention of violence against women and promoting affordable child care.
