LAWFUEL – Law News Network – International law firm Eversheds today announced that it has advised Phoenix Equity Partners on the acquisition of media management company KBBI Limited. The vendor was private equity house 3i.
The Eversheds team was led by private equity partner Mark Spinner, working with Debbie Fuller, Caspar Fox of the tax team and Nick Swiss and Fiona McNab from the firm’s banking group.
