Lawfuel.com – A court summons against former Playboy model Anna Nicole Smith’s partner Howard K. Stern seeks to evict him from the house he and Anna Nicole Smith occupied, it has been reported.

Bahamian attorney Godfrey Pinder said the property belongs to G. Ben Thompson, a friend of Smith who offered his house when she was looking for property in the Bahamas, “Access Hollywood” reported Wednesday.

The request for an eviction said Stern was “trespassing on the Plaintiff’s property without his consent” since before Feb. 8, the day Smith died in Florida.

Meanwhile, a German businessman and diehard fan of former Playboy model Anna Nicole Smith has reportedly paid over half a million dollars on eBay for two handwritten diaries written by the deceased model, between 1992 and 1994.

The TMZ.com website reported that according to the seller, Thomas Riccio of Universal Rarities, the winner is “a huge fan” of the former Playboy Playmate, but wishes to remain anonymous. The German outbid fans from all over the world, including the United States, England and even the Bahamas.
