New York, August 29, 2007 LAWFUEL – The Law Firm Newswire – White & Case LLP recently represented Aviation Capital Group in a $270 million unsecured senior debt private placement to ten financial institutions and their affiliates.

The financing, which involved two tranches of fixed rate notes and a tranche of floating rate notes, all of which were rated investment grade by Fitch, represented the first unsecured debt financing transaction for our client.
