TAMPA – September 10, 2007 –William F. “Bill” Hamilton, a litigation partner in the Tampa office of Holland & Knight, is an adjunct professor at University of Florida’s Levin College of Law during the Fall semester, teaching a ground breaking course on Electronic Data Discovery & Evidence.

This unique advanced full credit law school course covering issues and practice will include location and preservation of data, disclosure, discovery methods, ethical issues, sanctions, records management and admissibility of evidence.

Hamilton focuses his practice on complex litigation in the areas of intellectual property (copyright, trademark, patent and trade secrets law), technology law, class action defense, telecommunications, antitrust and trade regulation, and unfair trade practices. Hamilton is Board Certified in Business Litigation by The Florida Bar.
