Dr. Salvador Plasencia, who is charged in the Matthew Perry overdose case, has agreed to plead guilty to four counts of distribution of ketamine, which carries a statutory maximum sentence of 40 years in federal prison. He has NOT YET PLEADED GUILTY. We expect he will plead guilty in the coming weeks. We will have no further comment.
