SAN DIEGO (February 5, 2008) – Phenix Q. Kiamilev has joined Luce, Forward, Hamilton & Scripps LLP, one of California’s leading full-service law firms, as an associate in the firm’s business practice group. Kiamilev will work from Luce Forward’s Carmel Valley/Del Mar office.
In her practice, Kiamilev is heavily involved with commercial and transactional agreements. She has gained extensive experience with drafting and reviewing company charters and policies, ensuring compliance with corporate governance standards as required by SEC and NYSE listing standards. She has also conducted due diligence and drafted closing documents in connection with multi-million dollar equity and debt offerings.

Prior to joining Luce Forward, Kiamilev worked as a Corporate Financial/Technology associate at Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney LLP. Looking to be even more involved in San Diego, Phenix has become a member of the Lawyers Club of San Diego as well as Pan Asian Lawyers of San Diego.

Kiamilev earned her Juris Doctor from the Boston College Law School. She is conversant in both Chinese and Vietnamese.
