We’re pleased to announce the arrival of a 12-lawyer trial team, significantly enhancing the firm’s complex litigation and high-exposure trial capabilities across the United States.

The group, led by Randy Faust and Kristina Milone, includes partners John Anselmo and Bryan Ferrara along with two special counsel and six associates. The group’s arrival brings decades of collective trial experience defending corporations in high-exposure litigation, including global hotel and resort brands, a major multi-purpose stadium serving the New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut metropolitan areas, a multinational consumer goods company and national retailers across the US. The team has successfully tried more than 200 cases to verdict, including numerous wrongful death, traumatic brain injury, catastrophic injury, and other high-exposure matters across the country.

The addition aligns with the firm’s global strategic plan to further strengthen Kennedys’ position as the leading insurance and disputes firm in the US, building on the firm’s ability to support clients with seasoned trial counsel and strategic litigation advice at every stage of a dispute.

The team adds immediate depth to an already strong trial practice and reinforces the firm’s commitment to investing in key markets and practice areas that align with client demand.

Eric Hiller, US Managing Partner, said: “The team’s national reputation as an elite, high-stakes litigation unit that can ‘parachute’ into complex cases immediately before trial and take them through verdict will be an asset to our practice, especially as claim payouts have skyrocketed and risk escalates. Together, we will offer clients even greater depth, broader resources, and a stronger trial platform nationally.”

Randy Faust, Partner, said: “Kennedys has built a reputation as one of the top insurance and disputes firms in the world, with an unmatched focus on the insurance sector and vision for growth in the United States. Our team was attracted by the firm’s global platform, collaborative culture, and commitment to excellence. We are ready to join our new colleagues and bring our trial experience and client relationships to a firm that is uniquely positioned to support insurers and businesses navigating today’s evolving and increasingly high-risk landscape.”

Sean Burns, Partner and Head of Casualty Defense, US, added: “This addition is about far more than growth in numbers. As trials become increasingly more high-stakes, clients are looking for premier trial counsel with the experience and confidence to deliver strong outcomes in the courtroom. We are thrilled to welcome this great team to the firm and excited about the value they will bring to our clients and colleagues.”

Recognized for its strength in insurance, litigation, and dispute resolution, cyber, financial lines, corporate and commercial, and handling complex claims, Kennedys has 12 offices across the US, with more than 100 partners and 300 attorneys.

Over the past year, Kennedys strengthened its US platform through strategic lateral hires in Los AngelesSeattle, and New Jersey, while half of its global 2026 partner promotions were based in the US. In June 2026, the firm reported its 12th consecutive year of growth, with global revenue rising to $615 million, with a 22.5% increase in North American revenue as part of its FY25/26 financial results, reflecting the continued momentum of its US expansion strategy.
