Daniel J. Mohan Joins Atlanta Office
ATLANTA (March 19 – LAWFUEL) – Kilpatrick Stockton announced today that Daniel J. Mohan has joined Kilpatrick Stockton’s Atlanta office as a partner. Mr. Mohan comes to Kilpatrick Stockton from Morris, Manning & Martin and will be a member of the firm’s Health & Life Sciences Team in the Corporate Department.

Mr. Mohan concentrates in corporate and regulatory matters, primarily with mergers and acquisitions, formation of joint ventures, federal and state self-referral, Stark II, and Anti-Kickback Statute advice and compliance, formation and merger of physician practices, certificate of need advice and regulatory appeals, Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, and medical staff issues. He represents a broad spectrum of healthcare providers, including hospitals and healthcare systems, physician group practices, home health agencies, post-acute care providers, diagnostic imaging centers and outpatient surgery centers. Mr. Mohan has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare field and is a frequent speaker on healthcare law topics. Selected as a “Georgia Super Lawyer” by Atlanta magazine in 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2008, he is honored among the top five percent of attorneys in the state.
Mr. Mohan earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Georgia and his B.A. from the University of Virginia.
