Vienna-based law firm Wolf Theiss is opening a London office to build its relationships between the UK and the firm’s European clients, leaqd by M&A partner Anna Dabrowska who is relocating from Poland. Wolf Theiss is a 70 year old firm with around 500 lawyers and a major player in the European commercial market.

As London-based investors assess opportunities across diverse markets, Wolf Theiss is strengthening its support with a dedicated point of contact in London and teams on the ground across the region.
The London office is led by Anna Dąbrowska, Partner at Wolf Theiss, who previously led the firm’s M&A team in Warsaw. She brings extensive transactional experience in the region and a strong international network.
Working with colleagues across the firm’s jurisdictions, she connects London-based clients and advisers with Wolf Theiss’ integrated regional teams.

The London office will focus on opportunities in transactional advice, disputes and compliance, with an emphasis on sectors including energy and infrastructure, financial services, defence and security and digital infrastructure.
