New York, NY – February 23, 2005 – LAWFUEL – The Law News Network – Debevoise & Plimpton LLP represented Trident II, LP, a private equity fund, in the sale of Danish Re (Bermuda) Ltd. and all related subsidiaries of the Danish Re Group worldwide to Imagine Insurance Company Limited, a subsidiary of The Imagine Group. The transaction was entered into on December 31, 2004 and closed on February 22, 2005 following receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals.
