Harris has joined the firm as Of Counsel in the Corporate & Securities Department in the New Jersey office. Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, Mr. Harris was counsel at Riker, Danzig, Sherer, Hyland & Perretti LLP. He represents lenders (commercial banks, insurance companies and investment banks) in secured and unsecured lending transactions. He has also represented letter of credit banks, issuers, and underwriters/placement agents in tax-exempt and taxable bond financings.
