Matt Oshinsky joins the firm as a partner after seven years with the Palo Alto office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, where he managed transaction teams for leading technology companies, as well as numerous other public and privately-held companies in complex merger, asset sale and divestiture transactions.
