16 July 2012

Wallace has announced that Nigel Forsyth joins the partnership from Barker Gillette where he was also a partner.

He is an accomplished senior employment lawyer with a loyal client following which he will continue to advise on a full range of issues.

Nigel represents employers and employees on all aspects of employment law, including executive contracts, employment policies, termination packages, discrimination and whistle-blowing, team moves, partnership and shareholder issues, TUPE and disputes.

Rex Newman, managing partner at Wallace, said: “Nigel joins partner Louise Skehan in our well established employment practice. We look forward to integrating Nigel and his clients into the firm and continuing to build the practice.”

Wallace’s employment team deals with the full spectrum of contentious and non-contentious employment issues and advises quoted companies, hedge funds, financial services companies, owner managed businesses, equity partners, managing directors and other senior individuals.
This is the latest in a string of complementary partner hires for Wallace. Last month Benjamin James joined from Bircham Dyson Bell as head of Wallace’s intellectual property practice and charity sector group, and in November Matthew Morgan joined as a partner from Howard Kennedy. They had both been partners at their previous firms.
