April 11, 2005, Philadelphia, PA – LAWFUEL – The Law News Network – Reed Smith LLP, a top 25 international law firm, has added Vincent S. Capone as a partner in its Corporate & Securities Group. Mr. Capone will be resident in the firm’s Philadelphia office, effective April 11, 2005.

Formerly a senior associate in the Philadelphia Business and Finance Practice of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, Mr. Capone focuses his corporate practice on acquisitions and disposition transactions, private and public equity offerings, securities laws and a range of other transactional matters. In addition, he represents venture capital firms and private companies in financing joint venture transactions and private equity offerings.

Mr. Capone is a 1997 graduate of Temple University School of Law where he received his joint JD and MBA degrees. Before entering law school, he worked as a CPA with KPMG LLP in Philadelphia for four years.
