14 September 2026: Boodle Hatfield, the leading private wealth and real estate law firm, is pleased to announce the appointment of Tom McLaughlin as a Partner in the firm’s Employment team, effective 14 September 2026.
Tom joins from Brahams Dutt Badrick French LLP, where he was a Managing Associate. He advises employees, employers and partnerships on a broad range of employment and workplace matters, with particular expertise in employee competition disputes, restrictive covenants, confidential information, executive exits and employment litigation. His practice frequently involves business-critical issues, including team moves, partnership disputes, workplace investigations, workforce restructurings and cross-border employment matters.
Tom’s appointment further strengthens Boodle Hatfield’s Employment team and enhances the firm’s ability to support private clients, entrepreneurs, family businesses, executives and employers on the full spectrum of employment and workplace matters.
