August 9 – LAWFUEL – The Law News Network – Simpson Thacher recently represented Empresas Iansa S.A. in a 144A/Reg S offering of US$100 million 7.25% senior notes. Empresas Iansa is the sole producer of sugar and sugarbeet byproducts in Chile and a significant producer of fruit juice concentrate, frozen vegetables and fruit and tomato products.
