Badri & Salim El Meouchi Law Firm has been issued with a licence by the QFC Authority to operate from the Qatar Financial Centre (QFC), a release said yesterday.

Practising under the name of Badri and Salim El Meouchi, LLP, the firm has recently set up its office in the QFC here. Founded at the end of the 19th century, Badri & Salim El Meouchi Law Firm specialises in all aspects of national and international business law, litigation and arbitration, and more specifically in commercial, banking and financial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, privatisation, project finance and Islamic-compliant transactions.

The office in Doha will initially be composed of five lawyers, including its Senior Partner, Salim El Meouchi, its Managing Partner, Chadia El Meouchi, its Deputy Manager, Lilia Sabbagh and two senior attorneys, Walid Honein and Raymonde Eid.
