Baker & McKenzie announced today that it has significantly enhanced the depth of services provided by its Global Transfer Pricing Practice Group, a subgroup of the Firm’s Global Tax Practice. With the addition of Holly E. Glenn as a senior economist, Baker & McKenzie will enhance its ability to provide comprehensive economic and valuation services in connection with transfer pricing projects and other tax matters. Glenn will be resident in the Firm’s Washington, D.C. office beginning July 1.

Glenn brings 17 years of industry experience to Baker & McKenzie, and joins a team of economists and financial analysts in the Firm’s Netherlands and Mexico offices including senior economist Clive Jie-a-Joen who joined the Amsterdam office last year. Baker & McKenzie has advised multinational corporate clients in sophisticated transfer pricing matters for more than 40 years.

“Baker & McKenzie has long been a global leader in the area of domestic and international tax law. The ability to now provide in-house economics and valuation services in the United States enhances our ability to respond efficiently and completely to client needs for global transfer pricing services,” said John Peterson, Chairman of Baker & McKenzie’s Global Tax Practice Group. “Holly’s experience together with our economic expertise around the world uniquely positions Baker & McKenzie to provide one stop tax planning, documentation, and dispute resolution services in the transfer pricing area.”
