Fenwick & West has represented Livermore, California-based computer-chip testing equipment maker FormFactor, Inc. (Nasdaq:FORM) in its initial public offering. The offering raised over $84 million for FormFactor, which issued 6,000,000 shares of common stock in the offering.
The Fenwick & West team representing FormFactor was led by corporate partner Mark Leahy. The offering was underwritten by lead manager Morgan Stanley and co-managers Lehman Brothers, Banc of America Securities LLC and Thomas Weisel Partners LLC.
