Melton, Jr., the firm’s managing partner. In the Boston office, Andrew Upton was elevated from associate to the partnership.
A member of the firm’s Government Section, Upton has significant experience working with local, state and federal government agencies, state legislatures and elected officials. He earned his A.B. in 1985 from Columbia University, his M.A. from the University of Chicago in 1997, and his J.D. in 1995 from Boston College Law School.
