BOSTON–LAWFUEL – Law News, Law Jobs –Foley Hoag LLP, a business law firm of 250 attorneys with offices in Boston and Washington, D.C., today announced the addition of Jack R. Pirozzolo as a partner in the firm’s Litigation Department.
Mr. Pirozzolo has 40 years of experience trying complex cases to courts and juries in state and federal courts throughout the United States. He specializes in business, patent, trademark, copyright and antitrust litigation, and has handled major malpractice, product liability and construction litigation. He has substantial experience in insurance coverage litigation, particularly litigation involving insurance coverage of environmentally impaired industrial sites and Superfund sites.
Mr. Pirozzolo joins Foley Hoag from Boston law firm Willcox, Pirozzolo & McCarthy, P.C., where he was a founding partner, focused on patent, antitrust, trademark and copyright litigation.

Mr. Pirozzolo earned his B.A. degree from Yale University and his LLB from Yale Law School. He served as law clerk for the Hon. Robert C. Zampano, U.S. District Court, Connecticut. His bar and court admissions include Massachusetts, Connecticut, the United States Supreme Court and the United States Courts of Appeal for the First, Second, Third and Federal Circuits.
