Cassin Law LLC Strengthens International Team

SINGAPORE – January 14, 2008 – International law firm Cassin Law LLC has announced that Paul T. Oki has become a member of the firm.

As one of Nigeria’s leading commercial lawyers, Oki advises U.S. and European clients on significant cross-border transactions and business partnerships in telecommunications, aviation, oil and gas, lotteries, infrastructure and other areas of international commercial law.

He has received extensive training in the United States on the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (“FCPA”). He advises many well-known U.S. companies on the compliance practices of their subsidiaries and operations in Nigeria, including arrangements with local vendors, partners and government agencies. He also provides comprehensive FCPA due diligence, including local document retrieval and examination in response to FCPA investigations.

Oki obtained his law degree from the University of Benin, Benin City, Nigeria and was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 1998.
