Charles Russell advises PKL Holdings PLC on £40m AIM listing and £3.5m placing

UK company PKL Holdings PLC has been advised by Charles Russell corporate finance experts on its listing and placing of shares.

The listing values the company at £39.7 million, and the IPO raised £3.5 million when shares began trading on the AIM stock market on April 15 2004.

Charles Russell partner Francis Rundall and Adrian Mayer, assistant, led the team based in the firm’s office in Cheltenham.

PKL provides services to the healthcare and catering sectors, including building large temporary kitchens – such as for the Sydney and Athens Olympics – and modular operating theatres for hospitals.

The company was also advised by Hazlewoods (Harvey Grove and David Main) and Arbuthnot Securities Limited, PKL’s nominated adviser and broker, which was advised by Pinsents (John Harris and Sean Page).

Francis Rundall said: “Charles Russell have been legal advisers to PKL for some time and it is very satisfying to be part of PKL’s next phase of development.”
