Davis Polk Advises Equinix on $1.5 Billion Note Offering

LawFuel.com – Davis Polk advised Equinix, Inc. on its SEC-registered offering of $500 million aggregate principal amount of its 4.875% senior notes due 2020 and $1 billion aggregate principal amount of its 5.375% senior notes due 2023. J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Barclays Capital Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. acted as joint book-running managers for the offering.
