Debevoise Advises EIG Global Energy Partners in Sale of Minority Interest to CIC

‪New York – February 3, 2012 – Debevoise & Plimpton LLP advised EIG Global Energy Partners (EIG) in a definitive agreement under which the China Investment Corporation (CIC) will purchase a stake in EIG.
