Dentons Expands China Corporate Practice with Hire of Frank Niu in Beijing

Dentons expands its corporate practice in China with the lateral hire of Frank (Fengguo) Niu to the Beijing office as Partner.

Frank has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, and China outbound investment. Frank’s practice focuses on cross-border acquisitions and joint venture transactions in the energy, infrastructure and manufacturing sectors. He previously worked as a Special Counsel at Baker & McKenzie in Beijing, as well as holding roles with two other international firms.
