Global law firm Dentons is to merge with Atlanta-based law firm McKenna Long & Aldridge, which will give the world’s largest law firm an even bigger legal clout.
The merger would provide added presence in key US markets including not just Atlanta, but LA, San Francisco and Washington DC.
Like DLA Piper, Dentons has grown through strategic mergers, including the Chinese law firm Dacheng with which Dentons merged in January.
Dentons is a full service law firm that has shown aggressive expansion into the global markets and is obviously still keen to cement its position in the world markets.
