LAWFUEL – The Legal Newswire – Paris – DLA Piper is delighted to announce the appointment of Philippe de Guyenro as a partner to its Tax practice. Philippe’s appointment is in line with DLA Piper’s growth strategy in France and will see him working closely with Corporate Location Head, Fabrice Rué.
Philippe joins DLA Piper from Landwell, where he was a partner for over six years. He specialises in tax, with particular expertise in international tax planning, M&As and corporate restructurings. On a broad range of tax issues, Philippe regularly advises international organisations and investment funds (particularly those in the real estate sector) with tax planning.
Commenting on Philippe’s appointment, Fabrice Rué, said: “We are thrilled that Philippe de Guyenro chose to join us and strengthen our tax practice. He will help me further expand the team so we can meet our client’s increasing needs.

Philippe de Guyenro, 42, holds a masters in business law from the University of Paris II – Panthéon Assas as well as a masters in international tax from the University of Paris South/HEC.
