Fromer Dener Bronco Arrested by DEA

Travis Henry Facing Federal Cocaine Charges
DENVER (LAWFUEL) – Jeffrey D. Sweetin, Special Agent in Charge (SAC) of the Rocky Mountain Division of the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), announced the arrest of former Denver Bronco football player Travis Henry. Henry, along with James Mack, was arrested yesterday following of a multi-kilogram cocaine transaction that occurred in Centennial, Colorado. Both subjects are in federal custody. This morning the U.S. Attorney’s Office filed federal drug charges against both men in U.S. District Court in Denver.

Henry is scheduled to appear in U.S. District Court in Denver this afternoon (Wednesday, October 1, 2008) at 2:00 pm before U.S. Magistrate Judge Kristen L. Mix. Magistrate Judge Mix is in the Byron G. Rogers United States Courthouse at 1929 Stout Street – Courtroom C-204.
