Gayle R. Girod, counsel, brings considerable government contracts experience to the firm. For the past seven years, Ms. Girod served as an associate at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP in Washington, counseling clients and handling litigation, including negotiating, mediating and litigating government contact disputes; drafting and negotiating government contracts and subcontracts; drafting compliance programs; and training employees regarding government contract compliance.
Ms. Girod also served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Kenneth R. Harkins, Court of Federal Claims, Washington, D.C.
Ms. Girod earned her J.D. from the University of Toledo College of Law and her B.A. from Michigan State University.
