Hogan Lovells achieves WILEF Gold Standard recognition for sixth consecutive year

Washington, D.C., 15 June 2018 – Hogan Lovells is pleased to announce that it has been awarded the 2018 Gold Standard Certification by the Women in Law Empowerment Forum (WILEF).

This marks the sixth consecutive year Hogan Lovells has achieved this recognition. The firm has been recognized in all but the first year of the awards. This year, 42 firms were awarded Gold Standard Certification

Since 2011, WILEF has awarded firms with Gold Standard Certification for meeting specific criteria based on the percentage of females who are equity partners, office heads, serving on governance committees, compensation, equity partners of color, and LGBT equity partners. Hogan Lovells was one of only 15 firms to meet all the criteria.

In order to achieve recognition, firms must have at least 300 practicing lawyers in the United States, and must demonstrate that women represent a meaningful percentage of their equity partners and executive positions in governance and compensation.
