NEW YORK (July 30, 2026) – Holland & Knight was named the Americas Healthcare Law Firm of the Year at the Americas M&A Atlas Awards, hosted by the Global M&A Network. In addition, two transactions closed by the Firm’s attorneys were recognized as “Deal of the Year” in their respective categories.

Holland & Knight advised Redwire Corporation (NYSE: RDW), a leader in space infrastructure for the next generation space economy, in its $925 million acquisition of Edge Autonomy, which was named Americas M&A Deal of the Year (Middle Markets). The Firm’s representation of Redwire was led by Partners David Barkus and Ibrahim Barakat.
Holland & Knight also advised Pacific Premier Bancorp Inc. (NASDAQ: PPBI), one of the largest banks headquartered in Southern California, in its $2.4 billion merger with Columbia Banking System Inc. (NASDAQ: COLB), which was named USA Deal of the Year (Large: Size: Above $1 Billion). The Firm’s representation of Pacific Premier was led by Partners Shawn Turner, Jeff Haas and Emily Hantverk.
