Mr. Guss is a Houston native, having attended the University of Texas at Austin for his undergraduate work and obtaining his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Houston Law Center. After spending 4 years as an attorney at a Houston law firm, Mr. Guss started his own practice in 1999. He is an avid cyclist in his spare time, and for several years his law firm has sponsored a riding team to participate in the MS150, a cycling event which raises money and awareness to help in the battle against Multiple Sclerosis.
