International law firm Allen & Overy is advising BLB Investors, L.L….

International law firm Allen & Overy is advising BLB Investors, L.L.C. in connection with its offer for Wembley plc at 800 pence per share. The offer, which was announced on 30 March 2004, values Wembley plc at approximately £287.3 million. BLB Investors is the bidding vehicle of a consortium comprising Starwood Capital Group Global, L.L.C., Kerzner International Limited and Waterford Group, L.L.C.

The Allen & Overy team spans the firm’s London and New York offices. The team includes London corporate partners Alan Paul, Mark Dighero and Richard Hough and associates Matthew Dobson, Catherine Mallick, Marianne McIntosh and William Garvey, London tax partners Brenda Coleman (UK tax) and Stephen Fiamma (US tax) and associate Ben Eaton, and New York corporate partners Dan Cunningham and Eric Shube and associate Owen Lefkon.
