Jackson Lewis P.C., one of the country’s preeminent workplace law firms, is pleased to announce the firm has again been identified as an Employment Litigation “Powerhouse” in the BTI Litigation Outlook 2019: Changes, Trends and Opportunities for Law Firms report.

“We are honored to again be recognized by BTI for the eighth consecutive year,” said Firm Chairman Vincent A. Cino. “We consider this report to be an excellent gauge of how successfully we are responding to our clients’ needs, and as such, I believe can attribute our continued inclusion to Jackson Lewis’ ongoing commitment to providing excellent, innovative and efficient client service to employers across the country. Congratulations to our deep bench of talented litigators for continuing to be forward-thinking and engaged, and incorporating client service into all aspects of their work.”

This year’s BTI report was based on in-depth interviews with leading legal decision-makers across the U.S. and features an analysis of data trends from more than 5,100 corporate counsel interviews conducted over the span of 19 years. “The report found that 92 percent of companies surveyed are facing some sort of employment litigation and pegged the potential growth in employment litigation in 2019 at 3.9 percent,” said BTI’s President and Founder Michael Rynowecer.

“It also projected the overall market size for employment litigation to increase from $4.58 billion to $4.76 billion, which would be the highest number this decade.” More information about the BTI Litigation Outlook 2019 report can be found hereAbout The BTI Consulting GroupThe BTI Consulting Group (BTI) is the leading provider of strategic market research to law firms and professional services firms, conducting independent research on how clients acquire, manage and evaluate their professional service providers.
