Kilpatrick Stockton Continues Expansion of New York Office

NEW YORK (October 29) — Kilpatrick Stockton announced today the addition of partner Amr Aly and associates Andrew Gerber and Adrienne Rosen to the firm’s fast-growing New York office. Mr. Aly and Mr. Gerber are joining the firm’s Intellectual Property Department while Ms. Rosen will be a member of the Litigation Department.

Adrienne brings valuable expertise from the New York District Attorney’s office and will be an integral part of our growing White Collar Crime Team.”

Amr Aly joins Kilpatrick Stockton as a partner from WilmerHale LLP where he was a key member of the firm’s New York patent litigation practice. During Mr. Aly’s career, he has litigated patent matters in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and chemical fields, including ANDA litigations. For nearly a decade, he worked as a chemical engineer with some of the nation’s leading companies. Early in Mr. Aly’s career, he was a professional soccer player and played for the Cosmos and other professional soccer teams as well as the US National and Olympic teams. He earned his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Columbia University, his M.B.A. in Banking and Finance from Hofstra University and his J.D. from Seton Hall University.

Andrew Gerber joins Kilpatrick Stockton as an associate from Proskauer Rose. Mr. Gerber brings trademark and copyright litigation experience with additional background in general commercial litigation and government contracting consulting. He has represented clients in a wide variety of fields ranging from entertainment to publishing to telecommunications to consumer products. Mr. Gerber is a repeat recipient of the Legal Aid Society Pro Bono Service Award. He earned his B.A. from Yale University and his J.D. from the University of Michigan.

Adrienne Rosen joins Kilpatrick Stockton as an associate from the New York District Attorney’s Office. Ms. Rosen, for over four years, investigated and prosecuted all types of criminal cases including attempted murder, robberies and burglaries, narcotics trafficking, and embezzlement schemes. She earned her B.A. in Cognitive Science/French from Northwestern University and her J.D. from George Washington University.
